Discover this exceptional 3-bedroom, 3-bath ranch situated on 9.03 scenic acres, complete with an incredible 42' x 64' outbuilding featuring a concrete floor, soaring ceilings, and an oversized door—ideal for an RV, motor-home, camper, boat, classic cars, workshop, or almost any hobby you can imagine. Built by respected builder Ralph Dean, this home showcases quality construction with 6-inch exterior walls, Pella windows, and generous insulation for lasting durability and energy efficiency. Inside, you'll find a spacious kitchen offering abundant cabinetry, solid-surface countertops, and a convenient eating bar. The oversized utility/laundry room provides additional storage and is large enough to accommodate a chest freezer. The thoughtfully designed floor plan offers privacy, with the primary suite occupying one entire end of the home. A second bedroom enjoys direct access to its own full bath, making it perfect for guests, a teenager, or multi-generational living. Walk-in closets and abundant storage are found throughout the home. The finished walkout basement expands the living space with a massive family room with a gas fireplace that can accommodate virtually any furniture arrangement or entertainment setup. A third full bath, water softener, newer water heater, and a large storage room complete the lower level, while the walkout patio allows natural light to fill the space. Outside, low-maintenance vinyl siding with wrapped exterior trim minimizes upkeep, leaving more time to enjoy the property. A second patio just off the kitchen and dining area provides another great place to relax or entertain. The impressive outbuilding is ready for projects, storage, or business pursuits, featuring a built-in workbench and exceptional vertical clearance. The long driveway and expansive gravel parking area easily accommodate numerous vehicles, trailers, or guests. Beyond the outbuilding, you'll discover a peaceful pond tucked away near the rear of the property—an inviting spot to fish, unwind, or simply enjoy the beauty and privacy of your own 9.03-acre retreat.

RA-1
Rural Agriculture District
This district is established to provide for the conservation, preservation and protection of farmland and to encourage the development and improvement of such land for the production of food and other agricultural products consistent with the policy of the state. It is intended that all agricultural activities will be protected from the encroachment of nonagricultural activities, or other incompatible uses particularly those which are urban in character and are lacking the essential utility and community services. Among others, the purpose of the district is: to protect open space and agricultural uses from the adverse consequences of urban development; to avoid premature development of land where the complete range of urban services at full municipal service levels is not expected to be provided for an indefinite future time for new urban uses; to avoid uneconomic and inefficient provision of public facilities and service that serve one or few scattered urban projects located a substantial distance from the other municipal systems, including such instances when the extension of such facilities is financially supported by other than public entities; to concentrate urban growth into a more compact and desirable pattern throughout the planning area; and to provide for the orderly expansion of urban land usage consistent with the policies, goals, and objectives of the community.
