All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems have been replaced. All the existing windows have been replaced with double pane energy star windows. The kitchen's most recent update include custom cabinetry, granite counters, and new appliances. The den features an open truss ceiling and a dry lay stone fireplace and hearth with a custom iron and stone mantel.
