What a TREASURE this one is and to be able to get into Rouzan in the 475,000 range. Sought after subdivision in the heart of SBR and just so quaint and fun. Antique heart of pine flooring in living, dining and kitchen. Beautiful built -in china cabinet in kitchen that is no longer offered in the newer constructions. Wooden corbels at the front of the home purchased in New Orleans for that old world charm. The buyers upgraded the duct work from R6 to R8 for greater thermal efficiency. All connections to the internet is fiber optic and will not become obsolete due to extreme high bandwidth. This is just a great home that has been cherished by its original owners and so well maintained. Sellers moving out of state. Pool and club membership is optional. Seller chooses to carry flood insurance but not required.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
