On hand nail salon AND maybe too convenient Crossfit ?? Seriously though, that's life in Sugar Mill Olde Towne--a Traditional Neighborhood Development designed to foster community, convenience, and walkability in the style of the New Orleans French Quarter. Suitably located just off St. Charles Street, this neighborhood is full of bijou garden homes crafted for low maintenance with petite yards and durable brick exteriors. 102 Rue Saint Cameron is a handsome 4 bedroom/2 bath home with soaring ceilings and tall doors that make it feel so much grander than it's already 2,504 square feet. An open floor plan, endless windows, and a light and airy color scheme add to its spacious atmosphere. .. . The mantled fireplace, classic granite countertops, tile floors, plantation shutters, tray ceilings, and miles of beautiful molding give this home a quiet elegance that will lend itself beautifully to French country, French Quarter, or even Parisian interior design. .. . Outside, the exterior is freshly landscaped and adorned with quaint features like window boxes and gas lanterns that flank the entry. There's also a charming courtyard located just off the kitchen. It's the perfect place to relax with morning coffees or evening wine--providing the perfect dose of fresh air. The garage is thoughtfully tucked away at the rear of the home. If you are looking for an active and social lifestyle, in a classic-yet-modern, thoughtfully designed, and easily maintained home, schedule an appointment at 102 Rue Saint Cameron today! . .. General Commercial Districts
These districts are composed of land and structures used to furnish, in addition to the retail goods and services found in neighborhood districts, such less frequently needed goods as clothing and automobiles and such less frequently needed services as banking and theaters, the wider range of retail goods and services to satisfy all of the household and personal needs of the residents of a group or community of neighborhoods. Usually located on a thoroughfare or near the intersection of 2 thoroughfares, these districts are large and are within convenient driving distance of the group of neighborhoods they will serve. The district regulations are designed to permit the development of the districts for their purpose and to protect the abutting and surrounding residential areas by requiring certain minimum yard standards to be met, standards that are comparable to those called for in residential districts. It is intended that additional general commercial districts will be created in accordance with the amendment procedure set forth herein, as they are needed to serve groups of new neighborhoods. To ensure that such districts are actually developed to supply the business needs of the groups of neighborhoods, the amendment creating the district may set a time limit for its development.
