This seventh floor co-op unit is in a great location steps away from the heart of Kenmore Square. The unit itself seems a little dated in its finishes, such as mirrored closet doorways, etc, but the place seems to have been kept in great shape. The...
listed bedroom seems to be around 12' X 15', so it's large enough for any bed size, plus furniture. There is a second room, which is about 10' X 10', which could be used as home office, or as a second bedroom, though the room does not feature a closet. The kitchen is a bit narrow, but is updated, and the living room is quite large. A patio accessed by sliding glass doors runs the full width of the living room, and provides amazing views of Fenway Park. The downside is that traffic noise from I-90 is somewhat audible inside the unit, even with windows and the patio door closed.
