Large two bedroom unit with its own private entrance. The living area is pretty open with the kitchen/dining and living all pretty open. Both bedrooms are quite large, each with three separate closets, though the master has an en suite bath. Very...
tall ceilings throughout the unit. In unit laundry and a deeded parking space just outside the unit round out the pluses of this place. A couple negatives are that the bedrooms are below grade, and even though they have large window wells which allow in a lot of light, some of the windows are along the entryway to the rest of the building, so privacy could be a concern. As far as the entrance to the unit, it is a private entrance, but it is off the parking lot of the next door building, so it isn't much for curb appeal.
