This is an antique Colonial built in 1840. This home has had some updates. It has an updated kitchen wit newer cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless appliances and tile back splash. The first floor bathroom is also updated with newer fixtures and...
tile, The other bathroom is a half bath on the second floor. The only shower/tub is in the first floor bathroom. The other rooms in the home are more dated, some with carpet and some with hard wood. The basement entrance is through a trap door next to the downstairs bathroom. The home is heated by an oil forced warm air furnace which appears to have some age on it but seems to be in good order. In the basement there are several temporary laly columns holding up the beams to the floor above which are very slanted in places.
