North Pointe Apartments offers a warm, engaging community with an emphasis on comfort and simplicity in a friendly and beautifully maintained environment. Residents may choose from several different bright 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans, each appointed with luxurious finishes and a full array of amenities. There are 3 floors and an elevator in each building. Each apartment home is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances, stainless steel sink and faucet. Engineered hardwood flooring in living room, dining area and hallway and wall to wall carpet in bedrooms. Each apartment home also includes granite countertop in kitchen, ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms and washer/dryer in the apartment home. Heat, Hot Water, Water, Trash, and Sewer are included in the rent. We have 2 community rooms with a full kitchen and fitness room. Resident is responsible for electricity and renter's insurance, cable/telephone/internet (optional). Our apartment community is designed to feel like home, offering a comfortable and welcoming place to settle in at your own pace.
