This 2-bedroom first floor corner unit is one of the larger garden-style units in Marlborough. It needs some work ( kitchen needs to be re-done; appliances are old and need to be replaced; carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced; ), but it is an excellent value. List price reflects the condition of the unit. Bring your buyers who can see past current condition. This is not a short sale, but the unit is being sold in "As Is" condition.
