bedrooms, but few if any are functional. The kitchen is modern and has gorgeous cherry cabinets and black granite counters. It also has incredibly wide (12") pine floors. There is access to a screened porch and a generous and level back yard. Roof over porch and kitchen and parts of second floor appears to be rubberized. Roof over third floor is wood shingles. Giant skylight in second floor back hall and bathroom illuminates the space with lots of natural light. Third floor has electric heat and an extra bedroom/ office. There is also a back staircase from second floor to main level. Basement houses a steam boiler, gas fueled; along with a gas water heater. Field stone foundation.
