The living room has a fireplace and original hardwood floors. The dining room has a large bay window, a storage closet and original hardwood floors. There is a full bath off the dining room. The kitchen is original with old cabinets, an old vinyl floor and old countertops. There is a door in the kitchen that leads to a deck that overlooks the small backyard. There are also original hardwood floors in the foyer, upstairs hallway and all 5 bedrooms. Upstairs on the 2nd level there are 3 spacious bedroom and a full bath. There is a sitting area off the master bedroom. The baths are original. On the 3rd level there are 2 more spacious bedrooms and a full bath. The bath has a bear claw tub. It appears that the 3rd floor was an apartment at one time because there is an additional room with a kitchen sink and a countertop with cabinets. The basement is unfinished with 5 nice size windows and the washer and dryer. The ceilings are about 61/2 feet high. There is a door in the Basement that leads to the backyard. There are lots of large windows throughout the home for an abundance of natural light. Great potential for this Roland Park home but it needs work and updating.
