WOW!! Where can you live this cheap?? Park is located next to the County Boat Ramp. Land Rent is $550 monthly and includes the water, sewer, weekly trash pickup and taxes. No settlement costs. Just take the title to Motor Vehicles and pay $110 to change the title over. Easy peasy. Three bedrooms, two baths PLUS a nice sized addition off to one side. Big shed comes with the mobile. Home is definitely liveable, but is sold as/is. I did notice a soft spot around the one toilet, but saw no roof leaks. It does need a good scrubbing, but for the price, this really can not be beat!!! The mobile backs up to the woods for privacy there. Any buyer MUST be accepted into a lease with Park Management. I put the park application, rules and regs on line for your agent to give you.
