Set on just over two peaceful rural acres and offering nearly 3,000 sq. ft. of living space, this property delivers the space, versatility, and charm you’ve been searching for. The main level features a bright and spacious family room, a separate living room, a formal dining room, and a well‑appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A half bath and an inviting sunroom add even more comfort and convenience. Need extra space? A flexible main‑level bonus room can easily serve as a 5th bedroom, home gym, office, or hobby room—whatever suits your lifestyle. But the real showstopper is the incredible bar and game room. Heated by a cozy wood stove and outfitted with a pool table and gaming machines, this space is an entertainer’s dream. A second kitchen just steps away makes hosting effortless, whether you’re throwing a party or enjoying a quiet night in. The main level also includes a dedicated laundry area with abundant storage and a utility sink. Upstairs, you’ll find four generously sized bedrooms, including a comfortable primary suite with its own ensuite bath. A second full bath completes the upper level. Step outside and discover your own private retreat. The backyard offers an above‑ground pool, a sprawling deck perfect for outdoor dining, a horseshoe pit, and plenty of room for gardening. Follow the path to take in serene views of the neighboring pasture, and enjoy the natural beauty of sugar maple trees, wild berries, and wild mushrooms right on your property. An oversized shed with a new roof provides even more storage, and the bar/game room also boasts a brand‑new roof. The main house roof is only 10 years old, offering added peace of mind. A two‑car garage and extended driveway ensure ample parking for family and guests. Located close to major commuter routes yet tucked away enough to enjoy the tranquility of country living—and with no HOA—this home truly has it all. With space, character, and endless possibilities, it’s ready for you to make it your own.

Rural Village District
The Rural Village designation is provided to preserve the unique historic or rural character of existing villages by encouraging compatible development within a defined village boundary. It also identifies clusters of existing development in the rural areas that may be candidates for public facilities in the future. The zone intends for permitted development to be generally of a similar density, scale and use type and mixture as that which exists in the village. The zone is also designed to prevent large amounts or inappropriately scaled development or uses that would detract from the existing rural or historic character of the village. It is expected that development will be residential and a limited amount of mixed rural services. More than one use may be permitted on one parcel in accordance with specific guidelines. Public water and sewer may be available for the purpose of resolving or preventing health issues. Use of public utilities to permit greater density than the density specified in this section is not permitted.
