Good living room with access to an adequate sun room off of it. Good dining room that leads into a spacious kitchen. Half bath also on this level. Upstairs is a good primary bedroom, one good and one adequate secondary bedroom which all share a hall bath. Lower level has good storage and the laundry and access to the garage. A real charmer but will need some updates.

Nice home with hardwood flooring throughout. The property is in great condition however it needs to be updated. Formal living, dining and add on recreational room on the first level. The kitchen is spacious but needs to be updated. The bedrooms are spacious. The basement is unfinished. The property has a long drive way that goes to the back of the property into the garage.
