Introducing this exquisite custom contemporary sanctuary nestled on a 3.5-acre lot enveloped by lush trees, epitomizing secluded luxury. Spanning five levels with four bedrooms, two full and one half bathrooms, this idyllic retreat boasts serene woodland vistas and floods of natural light that infuse every space with tranquility. As you arrive, a long meandering drive sets the tone for the enchantment that awaits at this private oasis. Step into a haven of light and space, where oversized windows and skylights illuminate a neutral palette, hardwood floors, and lofty ceilings adorned with wood planks and exposed beams. The foyer has hidden shoe storage, leading into a majestic living room showcasing a vaulted ceiling, a stunning stone fireplace with a wood stove, and built-in bookcases. Sliding glass doors invite seamless indoor-outdoor living on the screened porch, while the adjacent dining area beckons for intimate gatherings. The kitchen, a culinary haven, features stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters, a breakfast bar, a massive skylight, a heated floor, and access to a wraparound deck. A half bathroom with gorgeous Gucci Heron wallpaper finishes the main level. Upstairs, the primary suite awaits, highlighting a soaring cathedral ceiling, dual walk-in closets, and access to the main level deck. Indulge in the opulent primary bathroom, complete with a jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower. Ascend to the upper level loft, a versatile space perfect for a home office, library, or a lounge spot for unwinding amidst elevated views. Downstairs, the lower level hosts three bedrooms, including one with a loft bed, and a shared full bathroom with a tub shower. Descend further to discover a convenient laundry room and a two-car garage with a workshop, while the basement offers ample storage with shelving. Outside, the wraparound deck invites al fresco dining and grilling, while a paver stone patio extends the outdoor living space. The fenced pool area is an entertainer's paradise, featuring a covered bar and a changing area with power supply. You will love spending summers by the pool and hosting parties for years to come. A whimsical tree house awaits exploration amidst the park-like grounds. Nestled in the woods, this peaceful home is a private retreat, yet just minutes from all that Maple Lawn, Clarksville and Columbia have to offer. Quick access to highway routes 32, 29 and 95. Energy-efficient solar panels are leased with a payoff option and taxable square feet does not reflect all three guest bedrooms which are right at or inches below grade.

RR-DEO
Rural Residential-Density Exchange Option Overlay District
The Rural Residential District is established to allow low density residential development within a rural environment. The Rural Residential District is intended for an area of the County which is already largely committed to low density residential subdivisions. Within the RR District, agriculture is permitted as well as residential development in both cluster and non-cluster forms. Cluster development is permitted in order to protect environmental and landscape resources and to preserve agricultural land.; The DEO Overlay District is established to provide land owners in the RC and RR Districts with opportunity and incentive to preserve significant blocks of farmland in the rural area of the county. This district is also intended to encourage the clustering of residential development in areas where the development will not have an adverse impact on farm operations. To accomplish this, the DEO District allows residential density in the RC and RR Districts to be exchanged between parcels. Density exchanges in the District should result in large parcels being preserved in perpetuity, while residential development is directed toward parcels which are able to absorb the additional dwellings.
