Please see my insights from a previous showing. There is a large area of land to the left of the house with a barn on it that is falling down. This piece of land is a part of the property.

This home was once a stately home when it was built in 1844, and it will be again with a complete renovation. The home sits on a picturesque 4.50 acre lot. It has an overgrown Koi pond, an in-ground pool, a pool house, and another storage...
outbuilding. There are 3 fireplaces and 4 full baths in the home. The living room and dining room are very spacious and have nice hardwood floors. The kitchen is a galley type kitchen. There is a main level full bath with a claw footed stand alone tub. Upstairs on the 2nd level there is a split staircase that leads to 3 generous size bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are hardwood floors in all the bedrooms that are in decent shape. The master bath has a jet tub, a marble floor and a single sink. The hall bath has a jet tub, a single sink, a European Style toilet, a regular toilet and a ceramic tile floor. There is a door in the hall bathroom that leads to a roof top deck with outside stairs that lead to the backyard. On the 3rd level there is a full apartment with a kitchen, a full bath, a bedroom and a small living room. In this apartment the ceilings are low and angled and have some cracking and sagging issues. There is an exit door from the apartment that leads to a deck with outside stairs that lead to the backyard. The basement was dark and hard to see, but there are some water issues. It appears that part of the basement was finished with some paneling and a concrete floor, this is also where the washer and dryer are located. There is a long gravel driveway from the main road up to the house. There Are a lot of galvanized pipes and outdated electric. The pool, Koi pond, gazebo, pool house and other outbuilding are in poor condition.
