Brick rancher situated on over one and one-half acres offering an exceptional renovation opportunity in a highly desirable location. With 2,098 square feet on the main level and an additional 2,098 square feet on the walk-out lower level, this property delivers nearly 4,200 square feet of space ready to be reimagined. The scale alone sets this property apart and provides endless possibilities for customization and long-term value. The main level offers a generous footprint with three oversized bedrooms, including an owner’s suite featuring a massive walk-in closet rarely found in homes of this era. Three bathrooms are already in place, creating a strong structural foundation for modern updates and design enhancements. The spacious layout allows room to open walls, create a luxury kitchen, or redefine the living spaces to suit today’s lifestyle needs. The lower walk-out level opens directly to the backyard and expands the living potential dramatically. Anchored by a striking brick fireplace and wet bar, this level is ideal for a recreation room, media space, guest quarters, or multi-generational living. A full bathroom is already in place, and a substantial unfinished area provides additional flexibility for future expansion while still offering exceptional storage. Major system improvements include a newer boiler (2011 we believe) and newer air conditioning, offering peace of mind and a solid starting point for renovation planning. Outside, the two-car side-load garage enhances curb appeal while providing practical convenience. The rear deck overlooks the expansive backyard and invites future outdoor living enhancements, whether entertaining, gardening, or simply enjoying the open setting. The 1.55acre lot offers privacy, breathing room, and space to grow. Outstanding commuter location with convenient access to both Baltimore and Washington, DC. Approximately 30 minutes to BWI Airport, making travel simple and accessible. All appliances convey. The sellers are offering a one-year First American home warranty. This is an estate sale being sold strictly as-is. A rare opportunity to fully renovate and transform a solid brick property with exceptional square footage, strong bones, generous lot size, and prime location. The potential here is significant for those ready to bring vision and creativity.

RC-DEO
Rural Conservation-Density Exchange Option Overlay District
The Rural Conservation District is established to conserve farmland and to encourage agricultural activities, thereby helping to ensure that commercial agriculture will continue as a long term land use and a viable economic activity within the County. The RC District is also established to preserve natural features and the rural landscape, while allowing low density, clustered residential development. Residential development is to be permitted only when it is located and designed to minimize its impact on agricultural land, farming operations, and sensitive environmental features; to create attractive rural developments; and to respect existing features of the rural landscape. The preferred land use in the RC District is agriculture. The District is intended to permit a range of uses related to agriculture, to encourage the preservation of large blocks of farmland, and to permanently protect from development the tracts of land which remain after permitted residential development has occurred. Residential lots in the district are likely to be adjacent or close to agricultural land. Residents of property within the RC District should be prepared to accept the impacts associated with normal farming practices; The DEO Overlay District is established to provide land owners in the RC and RR Districts with opportunity and incentive to preserve significant blocks of farmland in the rural area of the county. This district is also intended to encourage the clustering of residential development in areas where the development will not have an adverse impact on farm operations. To accomplish this, the DEO District allows residential density in the RC and RR Districts to be exchanged between parcels. Density exchanges in the District should result in large parcels being preserved in perpetuity, while residential development is directed toward parcels which are able to absorb the additional dwellings.
