Western Rural Conservation District
The WRC District is characterized by rural agricultural and low-density residential uses. This district protects the ecological, scenic, and economic value of rural area in the western part of the County. Because this district contains a high proportion of sensitive natural areas, development is limited to low-density residential uses with design guidelines to protect natural resources and limited highway access.
