beautiful 4 bedroom home, on 20.9 acres, with long frontage and ownership of the head of kintore lake. property consists of mostly open, tillable ground with some woodland on north end of property. the farmland is currently farmed, but could be easily converted to pasture , or screened with trees on roadside perimeter to create a near perfect small hunting property. the center of drainage in lake is east property line and offers excellent goose and duck hunting as well as outstanding fresh water fishing. the current owner has also done some perc work on north end of property, possibly allowing for seperate home/ guest house, and obviously plenty of room for substantial barns/ outbuildings.
