Back on the Market. .. Meticulously maintained and showcasing a rarely available two car garage, this brick front beauty is nestled in the desirable community of Howard Square and comes loaded with extras. The bright and open concept of this 3 bedroom home offers beautiful upgraded wood flooring as you enter the home along with wood flooring in the kitchen/living room area, on both sets of steps and in the hallway on the top floor leading into the bedrooms. The spacious kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, 42" cabinets, granite counters, recessed lighting, a center island breakfast bar along with ample space for a dining room table. For your convenience a powder room is also located on this level. Sliding glass doors from the kitchen open to a composite deck that the sellers opted to make two feet larger than most decks in the neighborhood. This makes a huge difference and welcomes the afternoon shade. The spacious master bedroom offers not only a walk in closet but the owners had the builder add an additional closet for those extra items. The master bath and the hall bath have upgraded granite tops for the vanities, along with upgraded ceramic tile on the flooring and walls. A spacious linen closet is located in the hall bathroom and as an extra bonus, both bathrooms include medicine cabinets. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and the padding under all the carpet had been upgraded. Lower level room just off the garage could be TV room, office or playroom. As another added plus, the sellers painted the garage and added extra cable outlets in the garage and kitchen. Conveniently located close to your everyday needs and packed with amenities, this townhouse community offers a playground area along with a walking path, gazebo and more. From the welcoming front door to the beautifully cared for home, this charmer says "WELCOME HOME"!!!

CAC-CLI
Corridor Activity Center-Continuing Light Industrial Overlay District
The CAC District is intended to provide for the development of pedestrian-oriented, urban activity centers with a mix of uses which may include retail, service, office and residential uses. These centers should be located near to Route 1 and close to residential communities that will benefit from a pedestrian-oriented local business area. The requirements of this district, in conjunction with the Route 1 Manual and the public improvements recommended by the Route 1 Corridor Revitalization Study, vehicular and pedestrian improvements that connect internally and with surrounding developments will result in development that will strengthen nearby communities, provide for safe and convenient pedestrian travel, and improve the streetscape of Route 1 and intersecting roads. Many parcels in the CAC District were developed before this district was created. It is not the intent of these requirements to disallow the continued use of sites developed prior to the CAC District. The intent of this district will be achieved by bringing the sites into compliance with these requirements and the standards of the Route 1 Manual as uses are expanded or redeveloped.; The Continuing Light Industrial CLI Overlay District is established to allow continuing use of existing warehousing and light industrial buildings in the Corridor Employment CE District and the Corridor Activity Center District CAC that were developed for these uses prior to creation of these districts. By allowing these uses to continue, the CLI District protects and promotes owner investment in the existing buildings and site improvements.
