This home has nice curb appeal and is in a great location but, although it is well maintained the house inside is very dated. The baths and kitchen are mostly original. The hall bath has a green tub and green tile. The master bath has a small...
shower, a toilet and a vanity, all separate from one another. The vanity area has green carpet. The bedrooms are moderate in size. The kitchen is oddly shaped and has granite countertops but everything else is much older. There are sliding glass doors off the family room that lead to a gorgeous 3 season room with 4 skylights and an air conditioning unit. There is a deck off the 3 season room that overlooks the nice backyard. There is green carpet in all 3 bedrooms and the family room. There is a floor to ceiling brick fireplace in the living room and sliders that lead to the deck. The basement is chopped up and has old paneling and an old tile floor. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.
