If houses could talk, this one would say the next owners would be lucky to live here. Nestled on a street of many original owners, and just outside of the city limits, it's a neighborhood of people who love living near each other. It has hosted many neighborhood potlucks and volleyball games. The original owner took great care of it - addressing issues as they arose. This all-brick rancher sits on a nice, level lot, perfect for your pets and garden. As with many homes of its era, the hardwood floors have been covered with carpeting for 50 years. Now uncovered, they are ready for new owners. 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, as well as the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room occupy the main level. The (mostly) unfinished basement includes a fireplace, plenty of storage/room for a workbench, and an extra refrigerator/freezer. The covered carport is great for parking and hosting outdoor gatherings. Radiant ceiling heat and Central A/C. Recent updates include Roof (2018), A/C (2018), Basement Waterproofing (2018), Basement heat/A/C (2018), Leaf Filter Gutter Protection (2020), Hot Water Heater (2021). Newer windows. No HOA, no City Taxes. Estate Sale, As-Is. Agent is Personal Representative.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.
