Lovely rancher backs to 17 acres of woods, zoned Resource Conservation (subject to your verification-but per my research). Kitchen and baths have been nicely updated with lovely tile features in both bathrooms. Hardwood floors (gorgeous) throughout home with ceramic tiling in both baths. . Living room features a masonry fireplace, and a very pretty bay window. Basement is unfinished with outside "walk-up" exit. Great storage options and ready to finish. The home has been freshly painted, on both levels and is move-in ready! Deck and custom planters for relaxing and peaceful enjoyment looking out only to wooded privacy. The yard is dappled with morning sun Enjoy a location that is "just the right distance" from downtown, Wegman's etc. Location is very close to the recently extended Christopher's Crossing that connects to Monocacy Blvd for easy travel to Rt 15/270/70, shopping and Historic Downtown Frederick.
