Potts point rd, best known for it's multi million dollar estates located right at the Rivers edge. Highly sought after location boasting the highest rated schools in the area. Here is your chance at owning a piece of the Potts pie. This 4 BD 2Ba (plus bonus room) house boast nearly 2800 sq ft on cleared 1.25 acres. A giant farm pond with lighted fountain and charming drawbridge make this property something right out of a Magnolia Magazine. Inside you will open the door to 15ft cathedral ceiling with exposed beams, your open concept kitchen, complete with new stainless appliances including A Samsung family hub refrigerator and multi zone wine cooler. Laza Quartz countertops and two eat in breakfast nooks. The stone fireplace will be the perfect compliment to your 15ft Christmas tree. From every angle of the house you have views of the beautiful pond, including the double decks off each floor. Owner is offering the deck setups to convey which include swinging egg chairs and an oversized propane fire pit. The views of the moon off the pond at night and the sound of the flowing water beside the fire are pure magic. What a wonderful way to have your morning coffee as well. Your pets will love to run down to the waters edge and chase the deer and ducks away. Imagine also if you will, the kids fishing off the footbridge for bluegill and collecting free range duck eggs. The wonderful neighbors have told stories of winter ice skating as well. A true dream. Across the footbridge lays the perfect oasis for your future in-ground pool. Back inside you will find 3 bedrooms upstairs and two newly remodeled tile bathrooms along with access to your two car garage. Downstairs you will find a wood stove which pairs perfectly with the whole house generator in cases of emergency or bad weather. Downstairs you will also find the bonus room, which is a perfect office or playroom and the start of bathroom number # 3. Additional bathroom has been all created for you but requires to be permitted during dry season to complete due to the pond. The best part about the basement is the theater room complete with matching mini fridge, popcorn machine and 5 massaging recliners. The entire movie room conveys with property so you will be able to invite friends and family over for a matinee as soon as you move in. The large 4th bedroom is currently housing the theater room, but includes a movable platform and large walk in closet and future full bath, and (beautiful views of the water of course) to make it a perfect second masters suite if desired. Schedule your viewing of this little private slice of heaven today, will go fast.
