The Seller has loved this neighborhood, this house, and this nice lot. Situated beside a creek, it's peaceful and private. You can enjoy the community of living in a neighborhood but have some peace and quiet, too. You'll appreciate her hard work getting it ready for you - there's a new roof (2020), fresh paint, new flooring, beautiful new sliding doors, new bath vanities and fixtures. With multiple living spaces on the main and lower levels, spacious bedrooms, a large deck overlooking the huge yard, and a walkout basement, there will be space for everyone to call theirs. Newer HVAC (2013) and HWH (2012), newer windows. No HOA and close to all that Middletown has to offer (shopping, library, golf, restaurants).
