This spacious Colonial-style home sits on 4 wooded and private acres and offers over 4,000 square feet of living space. The oversized attached 4-car garage—complete with heavy-up electric, workbench, and multiple bay doors—makes this property a dream come true for hobbyists, car enthusiasts, or anyone needing serious workshop space. While the home could benefit from some updating, it is priced to reflect the condition and offers incredible potential. As you approach, you’ll be greeted by a wide covered front porch overlooking a peaceful karaoke pond—ideal for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Step through the double front doors into an expansive great room featuring vaulted ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with pellet stove insert, recessed lighting, dual ceiling fans, custom log mantle, and abundant windows that fill the space with natural light. Hardwood floors flow throughout the main level. The main level also offers a private office with LPV flooring, recessed lights, and ceiling fan, a main-level bedroom with double closet, and a full bathroom with marble vanity and tub/shower combo. A large screened-in porch—connected to the front wraparound porch—sits off the great room and is wired for a hot tub. It’s ready for your finishing touches with new ceiling fans and screens. The kitchen area leads to a mudroom-style laundry room with extra cabinetry, laundry sink, fluorescent lighting, and newer front-load washer and dryer. The upper-level owner’s suite is generously sized and features a sitting area, massive Texas-sized walk-in closet, and a full ensuite bath. New sliding doors off the suite provide access to private balcony. Downstairs, the fully finished basement includes a spacious recreation room, additional bedroom, and full bath. The basement also offers a separate entrance via new doors and has a sump pump, a second pellet stove (not yet installed, tile and ductwork convey), and extra materials including drywall and brick pavers that are included in the sale. The oversized four-car garage includes a large two-car bay door, two single doors—one with extra clearance for trucks—and is fully equipped with shelving, a workbench, and two brand-new garage door openers ready for installation. Additional highlights include dual-zone heat pump systems, a water conditioning system, and a new well pump installed in 2024. There is also a designated forest conservation area within the 4-acre lot. The 30x18 wooden deck with pergola offers the perfect space for outdoor entertaining, with steps leading to a brick patio and former pool area—now ready for repurposing. This is a rare opportunity to own a private, spacious Colonial with serious garage space and endless potential—sold as-is and ready for your custom touches.

Agricultural Conservation Zone
The Agricultural Conservation Zone provides a full range of agricultural and farming activities, protects these established uses from encroaching development which might adversely affect the agricultural economy of the County and encourages the right to farm in the County without undue burden on the landowner. The zone is to prevent premature urbanization in areas where public utilities, roads and other public facilities are planned to meet exclusively rural needs and where present public programs do not propose public facility improvements suitable for development at higher densities. This zone provides for certain agriculture-related commercial and industrial uses with special conditions. Such uses are to accommodate flexibility in the use of lands by those persons or organizations that pursue agriculture activities and/or earn their income from agriculture when these uses are not in conflict with the protection of farmland and support protection of the farm economy. The zone protects existing natural resources and scenic values and provides limitations on residential development and encroachment in these areas dominated by agricultural uses. In addition, the zone assists in the implementation of the County's Transferable Development Rights (TDR) Program by providing an appropriate zone to be designated as a sending area.
