Oh My, Oh My! You will hardly believe your eyes! It's everything you want all in one home and more! Starting with the lush landscaped lawn with underground irrigation. Beautifully fenced back yard with in ground pool, paver patios, outdoor pavilion with outdoor kitchen and even a rough in for another bath in storage area with outside entry. Now let's step inside, just painted throughout and gorgeous NEW hardwoods on main and upper levels. The kitchen features brand new custom cabinetry, gorgeous granite, a Sub Zero refrigerator and a Sub Zero Freezer, Wolf 6 burner stove and so much more! The master bath has been renovated just for you too! There is a shared bath between two bedrooms. But wait, go up one more level to a private suite with beautiful cabinetry in the full bath. Now for the lower level, full bath with heated ceramic floors, great recreation room and a full kitchen which is perfect for entertaining or needs of in-laws! Did I mention two heat pumps under 5 years old and a brand new roof? It is just so beautiful, you will not have to do a thing to the house but move in. But hurry, others will be thinking the exact same thing!

FFD
Farm And Forest District
The Farm and Forest District FFD allows limited development and encompasses existing agriculture and forested areas. It is predominantly located within Tier IV of the Growth Tier Map adopted April 25, 2017. The Sustainable Growth and Agricultural Preservation Act of 2012 describes Tier IV of the Growth Tier Map as areas not planned for sewerage service and with residential development limited to minor subdivisions. This district is intended to protect and preserve prime farming regions as well as unique or significant environmental features as identified by the presence of large contiguous forested areas, forest interior dwelling bird habitat, wildlife habitat, or environmentally sensitive areas. The clustering of subdivisions is mandatory on parcels 30 acres or greater in size, with an exception for new lots created that are at least 25 acres in size. When subdivisions are clustered a minimum of 80 percent of the subdivision is to be permanently preserved as open space. This district accommodates agritourism, ecotourism, and heritage tourism uses that promote the protection and preservation of agricultural, scenic, natural, and historic resources.
