About this home
Tranquil, peaceful & quiet best describe this custom Cape Cod located in what I think to be Calvert Counties best kept secret! Huntington High/Plum Point School district. If you're looking to come home, decompress, away from all the hustle & bustle yet be minutes to Rt. 4, Annapolis, DC - then this is the one you've been waiting for. You'll notice my sellers green thumb the second you pull in from the neatly manicured lawn, complete with irrigation system, to the rose bushes & amazing landscape. Fully fenced back yard for any furry friends with a gate to access on either side. Enjoy a glass of wine out back on your stamped concrete patio or break out the grill on the custom trek sun deck. Start the day enjoying a cup of coffee & the sunrise on your 8' wrap around front porch over looking beautiful fields of farmland. Hardwood throughout the library, formal dining, family & four season room. 9' ceilings, 42" cabinets, low maintenance corian counters, stainless steel appliances, but the highlight of the main floor is the double sided fireplace separating the family & four season room. First floor master suite with huge walk in closet & closet organizer. Master bath offers dual vanities, tiled floor & updated shower with separate soaking tub. Four oversized bedrooms on the upper floor along with a completely remodeled bathroom. Come see the difference between ho-hum and WOW! Truly a must see.

FFD
Farm And Forest District
The Farm and Forest District FFD allows limited development and encompasses existing agriculture and forested areas. It is predominantly located within Tier IV of the Growth Tier Map adopted April 25, 2017. The Sustainable Growth and Agricultural Preservation Act of 2012 describes Tier IV of the Growth Tier Map as areas not planned for sewerage service and with residential development limited to minor subdivisions. This district is intended to protect and preserve prime farming regions as well as unique or significant environmental features as identified by the presence of large contiguous forested areas, forest interior dwelling bird habitat, wildlife habitat, or environmentally sensitive areas. The clustering of subdivisions is mandatory on parcels 30 acres or greater in size, with an exception for new lots created that are at least 25 acres in size. When subdivisions are clustered a minimum of 80 percent of the subdivision is to be permanently preserved as open space. This district accommodates agritourism, ecotourism, and heritage tourism uses that promote the protection and preservation of agricultural, scenic, natural, and historic resources.
