Final price drop on this tastefully updated farmhouse on a beautiful corner lot. It sits well off of Sixes road. You would think it would have a Henry Hutchings Road address. Privacy set in the outskirts of a city where you are a 10 minutes drive to everything you need and less than an hour commute to all major cities! NO HOA, NO WATER BILL, NO SEPTIC BILL. .. This one story house has so many updates so all you have to do is move in and enjoy your home. The lot is one of my favorite features. There is plenty of room for gardens, four wheeling, a pool, fencing a section for pets, and tons of parking for your boat or RV. The brown shed in the back is HUGE and mostly finished with flooring, electric, and air so easily make this a man cave, poker room, guest suite etc. The roof has been replaced with architectural shingles, new gutters have been installed all around, some new white siding has gone up, waterproofing of the foundation completed, popcorn ceilings replaced with smooth drywall, new high end LVP Flooring, fresh paint and Quartz counters. The basement is a nice bonus as well. The ceilings are a little lower and it only has access through an exterior door but makes for an amazing storage space for all your seasonal items or even a hangout den for teens! The location is also ideal if you are looking for a country feel. Come tour this gem in the outskirts of Prince Frederick today!

FFD
Farm And Forest District
The Farm and Forest District FFD allows limited development and encompasses existing agriculture and forested areas. It is predominantly located within Tier IV of the Growth Tier Map adopted April 25, 2017. The Sustainable Growth and Agricultural Preservation Act of 2012 describes Tier IV of the Growth Tier Map as areas not planned for sewerage service and with residential development limited to minor subdivisions. This district is intended to protect and preserve prime farming regions as well as unique or significant environmental features as identified by the presence of large contiguous forested areas, forest interior dwelling bird habitat, wildlife habitat, or environmentally sensitive areas. The clustering of subdivisions is mandatory on parcels 30 acres or greater in size, with an exception for new lots created that are at least 25 acres in size. When subdivisions are clustered a minimum of 80 percent of the subdivision is to be permanently preserved as open space. This district accommodates agritourism, ecotourism, and heritage tourism uses that promote the protection and preservation of agricultural, scenic, natural, and historic resources.
