windows and updated furnace. Slight odor of moisture in home. Hardwoods throughout living room, small sitting room with fire place (that is missing damper/flue) and both bedrooms. All interior walls yellow except one green wall in one bedroom/sitting room. Updated Kitchen with stainless fridge and stainless and glass oven with flat electric stove top; although no dishwasher but added stainless shelving and towel racks. While listed as a 2 Bedroom, there's no closet in the second bedroom and the only way to get to the Sunroom where the Washer & Dryer are also located - is through this room. If only one bedroom needed, this second "bedroom" could be used as a sitting room. Original full bathroom with newer small vanity Is shared between two bedrooms with access doors from both rooms. First Bedroom has evidence of water leaks on to hardwoods near replaced window and in closet. This room can likely fit one Queen bed with one nightstand and one tall dresser and has closet with attic access in ceiling and modern closet organizer. Second Bedroom/Sitting Room can likely fit one double bed or couch with two end tables and one tall piece of furniture. There's a nice small one car garage with electric garage opener and storage on top in back. There's a door from Kitchen that leads directly to a side door of garage. Sunroom has Berber Carpet with older Washer and newer Dryer in room with twenty 5 foot jalousie windows all the way and wood beams across ceiling. Nicely landscaped back yard with fully fenced yard on all three sides; wood fence in back and chain link fences on both sides."
