The RC District is characterized by natural environments (wetlands, forests, or abandoned fields) and resource development activities (agriculture, forestry, fisheries, or aquaculture). This district conserves the irreplaceable agricultural, forested, and natural environmental character of the County. Agricultural activities shall be preserved, encouraged and protected.
