Welcome home to this beautiful brick-front two-story colonial that sits on a large partially wooded private lot in the quiet Sunderland area. Take a dip in the pool while you watch the sunset on a warm summer day. This four bedroom two and a half bath home has many upgrades including a new Amana Comfort HVAC system replaced in June of this year, new deep well (500 ft) drilled in 2016, new roof 2016, new gutters with leaf filter 2020, all new custom vinyl windows 2020, and new Whirlpool refrigerator February. The home has original beautiful hardwood flooring throughout and fresh paint on the lower level and most rooms upstairs. There is a two-car garage with built-in workbench and unfinished walkout basement with a masonry flush-mount wood stove insert fireplace. The kitchen was upgraded in 2012. The main level masonry fireplace has been converted to propane with a radiant heat system that will keep the home toasty warm in the winter. The laundry room is on the main level with a brand new Whirlpool washer and dryer purchased in February and a laundry chute from the master bedroom. There’s a full rear deck with peaceful views of the woods and under the deck is a full concrete patio. The large asphalt driveway has plenty of parking and extra spaces that lead to the pool and shed area (perfect for parking your RV or boat).

RCD
Rural Community District
The Rural Community District RCD is intended to maintain a mix of farms, forests, and residential uses, retain historic and scenic areas, and protect watersheds, fish, and wildlife. These goals are to be achieved in part through the mandatory clustering of subdivisions on parcels 30 acres or greater in size, with a minimum of 60 percent of the subdivision to be permanently preserved as open space. It is the intent to maintain a low residential density within this district while still allowing for some use of Transferable Development Rights TDRs. To avoid drawing traffic onto rural roads commercial uses are limited.
