An additional outbuilding and private dock are included. Property needs some TLC and some repairs but overall in pretty good condition. Property has never been flooded, not even by hurricane Sandy. However, 2 years ago the heat was not turned up high enough and there were a few pipes that burst. There is some minor drywall, plumbing and hardwoods repairs to be done. Also, some of the vinyl siding has blown off. Roof appears to be in good condition, replaced around 2009.
