A Waldorf zip code but a PRIVATE LOCATION off Bryantown Road! Don’t let the zip code fool you…this home is perfectly situated around farmland, not your average Waldorf home! Enjoy quiet & serine drives home at the end of the day to your adorable brick home, perfectly situated on almost an acre. Feels like much more land than that, as you back to the woods & preservation. Pulling into your long driveway or into your one car garage, you will be welcomed home with new features throughout! The upper level offers a large living room with views of the farmland across the street, a dining room or ideal work from home space and a kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances (2015). There are 3 great sized bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms upstairs. ALL bathrooms have been recently renovated with tile plank flooring, new vanities, and new lighting. The owner’s suite has 2 closets, so no one is fighting over space! Huge rooms are offered in every room of the house. From the bedrooms to the basement – you will not lack space here! The fully finished basement has another bedroom and full bathroom, a sunroom, another living room with a wood stove and access to the garage from the basement. Some newer features include: the water heater, the furnace pump, electric panel, well, roof in 2016, oil tank and nest products! Bring your animals, toys & hobbies! NO HOA! The best feature of this home…there is real hardwood floor under all the carpet! Schedule your showing before it is too late! Property is being sold as-is, but everything is believed to be in good working order.

Agricultural Conservation Zone
The Agricultural Conservation Zone provides a full range of agricultural and farming activities, protects these established uses from encroaching development which might adversely affect the agricultural economy of the County and encourages the right to farm in the County without undue burden on the landowner. The zone is to prevent premature urbanization in areas where public utilities, roads and other public facilities are planned to meet exclusively rural needs and where present public programs do not propose public facility improvements suitable for development at higher densities. This zone provides for certain agriculture-related commercial and industrial uses with special conditions. Such uses are to accommodate flexibility in the use of lands by those persons or organizations that pursue agriculture activities and/or earn their income from agriculture when these uses are not in conflict with the protection of farmland and support protection of the farm economy. The zone protects existing natural resources and scenic values and provides limitations on residential development and encroachment in these areas dominated by agricultural uses. In addition, the zone assists in the implementation of the County's Transferable Development Rights (TDR) Program by providing an appropriate zone to be designated as a sending area.
