Here is a sweet little lot in the middle of the country in which to make yourself comfortable. There is already a driveway, power, water, and septic available as well as a gravel pad should you want to make use of it. Brooks is a town of about 1000 people with its own quaint center. Brooks has one light in town because there aren't more needed really. Ralph's Café, the Country View Golf Course, and the Marsh River Theater give you plenty of social outlets right in town. And if that's not enough, then hang out at the gas station or the hardware store to catch up on what else is going on. With its own post office and co-op, a town forest and a nice town park, you hardly will need to leave! But if you did, Belfast is only 12 miles away. Bangor and Augusta are decent drives too. You really should consider this little lot. It's a nice one.
