The lobstering and artist colony on Monhegan Island lies 12 miles to the south, and Audubon's famed educational camp on Hog Island lies 5 miles to the west. The home itself is quintessentially Maine. Three bedrooms are up the main stairs, a separate loft is hidden behind the kitchen, and bathrooms are on each floor. Windows and skylights capture the views and sunlight.
