Pretty location near town center. Charming 3 bedroom cape with large back yard and mature trees. Two bedrooms up and one bedroom down. Big breezeway leading to kitchen and large front to back living room/dining room area. Gas fireplace with brick finish. Upstairs bedrooms have pine finished walls and ceilings. The house and heating system was professionally weatherized. Small porch out front. Good sized 2 car garage. Need a touch of TLC and finish work but not too much. Commercial possibilities too!
