Completely transformed in 2024, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home blends original character with extensive modern updates. Taken down to the studs, renovations included a new foundation for half the home, electrical, plumbing, spray foam insulation, windows, roof, Hardie board siding, HVAC, appliances, and real hardwood flooring. A second-story addition expanded the upper level and added a bathroom. The bright main floor features a spacious kitchen with abundant cabinetry and large island, dining area, and inviting living room with reclaimed original shiplap and a structural beam repurposed as the fireplace mantel. Upstairs offers a spacious primary bedroom with vaulted ceiling and additional bedrooms. A new deck was added in 2025 and a new garage in 2026. Enjoy the expansive yard and the character of an older home rebuilt for modern living.

AGP
Agricultural Preservation District
The purpose of this district is to preserve the integrity and viability of agricultural land uses in those portions of the township having land and soils best suited to agriculture, to minimize the fragmentation of large lots into multiple small lots, to minimize the extent of nonagricultural uses in the district that may interfere with or conflict with agricultural operations, and to minimize the need for additional public facilities and services that would occur from more intense development. A limited number of nonfarm residential uses are permitted, subject to standards contained herein intended to minimize conflict with agricultural uses and maintain the viability of agricultural uses.
