So many updates, where do we begin.... On the inside of the home, every surface has been touched; updated bathrooms, fresh paint, new doors, new trim, new vinyl plank flooring and new carpet. Brand new high efficiency gas forced furnace, central air conditioning and 50-gallon water heater installed in 2019 (home used to have hot water heat). Several updates to the outside as well; re-routed the drainage to the back of the property, landscape stone and plants around the house, crushed asphalt drive to the 30 x 32 pole barn and so much more! Natural gas! Vaulted beamed ceiling! Enjoy over 3 acres with that country feel, but so close to downtown DeWitt! DeWitt Township taxes and DeWitt schools! Newer shed with zero turn lawnmower negotiable.

A
Agricultural District
The A, Agricultural district is intended to preserve, enhance and stabilize existing areas within the Township which are presently used for general farming and areas which, because of their soil characteristics and flora should be conserved for agricultural use. In addition, premature urban development within rural areas can result in increased public costs because of the necessity of serving scattered urban development with water, sewer, schools, roadways, and other public services. It is therefore the intent of this district to preserve essential rural lands from urban development and to safeguard these lands and their essential economic value as agricultural lands.
