Great value in East Lansing! This well maintained two-story has a welcoming curb appeal. The main level has an open and inviting floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and sliding door to the back yard. Then main level also has a half bath. The upstairs has 3 large bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The full bath has been tastefully updated. The home has a full basement that could be finished off for additional room. A 2-car garage gives room for parking or storage for yard or recreational equipment. Updates include new central air and insulation in the garage. Peaceful country feeling, surrounded by mature tree and still close to Eastwood Town Center, MSU and the highway.

RB
One-Family High-Density Residential Districts
The purpose of the RB district is to achieve the same character, stability, and sound residential environment as intended for the RR, RAA, and RA residential districts. The difference between the three previously mentioned and the RB district is that a higher density of population will be permitted through the construction and occupancy of one-family dwelling structures on smaller lot area. There is no intent to promote by these regulations a residential district of lower quality than in the RR, RAA, and RA districts. This section applies to the RB district.
