About this home
Great “AS IS†opportunity. Great bones but needs detailing to bring back its luster. Hardwood floors throughout main rooms. Rooms are spacious, (i. e 13 x 16 primary bedroom). Natural fireplace in the living room. Furnace and water heater are brand new, thanks to a backup last summer. Electric previously upgraded and mfg date on AC is ’07. Frame on 1.5-car garage is good, but it needs to be lifted with sill plates, (also plenty of room to replace w larger garage). When it’s so hard for buyers to find the affordable home that you want, here’s an opportunity to make exactly what you want in an amazing location/community. Schools: Monteith, Brownell, GP North.
