To view the interior of this home, please go to tomseelbinder.com or swmric.com (property ID # 2435114). If you are looking for a solid, Eastwood home with lots of space (1,800+ sq ft), a huge, football field deep yard & great ammenities (1 1/2 baths - 4 bedrooms - 2 car garage - fireplace - cathedral ceilings in the dining area - hardwood floors), for a reasonable price, look no further. The upper level could be a great master bedroom suite or TV room/study/den. The garage is spacious and is attached to the home via a large breezeway/mudroom. The backyard backs up to an open field. The roof is approximately 7 years old. It is in pretty good shape and wouldn't take much to put it in top condition. Sorry, no basement.
