Estate Property - Wonderful Westside location. This solid 3 bdrm, 1 1/2 bath ranch home offers a nice sized kitchen with plenty of cabinets, built in desk, all appliances and dining area. There is a 3-season porch on the back of the house overlooking the semi-private backyard. The Master is very spacious plus 2 add'l nice sized bedrooms. It appears that there are hardwood floors under the carpet in the bedrooms and could possibly be in the living room as well. The spacious living room also has a fireplace. There is a main floor laundry facility as well as one in the basement, both featuring washer & dryer. The large basement would be ideal for additional living space. There is plenty of storage and a workshop area. This home has been well maintained but in need of some updating. This home also qualifies for the $8000 Stimulus plus Kalamazoo Promise Education! It appears that the furnace was replaced in 1995, hot-water heater is newer, and there are replacement windows.
