Urban Residential District
The intent of the R-6 Urban Residential District is to preserve the historic character of Lansing's most urban neighborhoods maintaining the scale of medium-density single-family detached residences. These neighborhoods feature small lots, early 20th century-built homes often with alleys and rear loading garages.
