Welcome to 218 Mosely! This former Land Bank home was remodeled from top to bottom in 2016, including a new roof, windows, siding, mechanicals, garage, kitchen, bath and more. Located north of Old Town, you will love being within a few minutes of everything, but on a quiet street. Enter on a large front porch and into the living room, which features a beautiful built-in bookshelf. The kitchen has been opened to the living room and includes newer cabinets, appliances, and updated flooring and countertops. The bathroom has been remodeled top to bottom as well. The first floor also includes two large bedrooms. You will enjoy the extra space in the full basement, including a laundry area with washer and dryer that remain. Finally a large garage and (almost) fully fenced backyard will be perfect for a summer barbeque or just letting your pets run around. Totally move-in ready, this home must be owner occupied. The street name is published as both Mosely and Mosley in various places.

R-6A
Urban Residential District
The intent of the R-6 Urban Residential District is to preserve the historic character of Lansing's most urban neighborhoods maintaining the scale of medium-density single-family detached residences. These neighborhoods feature small lots, early 20th century-built homes often with alleys and rear loading garages. Infill development in this district should respect the historic single-family character. Typical character types include Four-Square, Craftsman, and Queen Anne vernacular types. Front-facing gable and hip roofs are typical. The intent of sub-district R-6B is to integrate attached residential units into appropriate locations at the perimeter of established residential neighborhoods. Attached residential units are intended to provide a physical transition from the adjacent busier street types, and/or non-residential uses to the purely residential neighborhood.
