RA-1
Residential A-1–Single Family Residential District
The intent of the Residential Districts is to primarily provide for single family and two family detached residential development. The RA-1 Districts have different minimum area, density, and building placement requirements to provide different housing types to accommodate the varied needs of the population. It is further the intent of these Districts to permit a limited range of uses that are related to and compatible with residential land use, and which would contribute to the richness and stability of neighborhoods. Uses that would interfere with the quality of single family residential life are prohibited in these Districts.
