Beautiful, classic two story in desirable Heartwood; the only neighborhood in the area that includes a community pool as well as tennis & basketball courts. From the stamped concrete drive and walkway, to the covered porch, this house oozes with curb appeal. As you step into the 2 story foyer, to the right is a sunny and bright living room with neutral decor. To the left is a formal dining room with French doors that could also function as an office. Across the back is a dramatic family room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, built-ins and hardwood floors. The family room flows into the spacious kitchen and special pine paneled three season room. A half bath and laundry room complete the first floor. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms including a large master suite with separate sitting area and privat e bath that includes double sinks and a spa tub. Other property highlights include a large deck and beautifully landscaped private yard with wooded views. Great Okemos Location near MSU, schools and shopping.

RA
One-Family Medium-Density Residential Districts
The purpose of the RA district is to achieve the same character, stability, and sound residential environment as intended for the one-family rural residential district RR and one-family low density residential district RAA. The difference between RR, RAA, and RA districts is that a higher density of population will be permitted through the construction and occupancy of one-family dwelling structures on smaller lot areas with public sanitary sewer facilities. There is no intent to promote by these regulations a residential district of lower quality than in the RR district. This section applies to the RA district.
