This 4bd/3ba mid-century masterpiece ''Atasso''was built by Ralph and Arnella Turner in 1950. Set on almost 2 acres of gorgeous wooded land, amenities include an in-ground pool, pond, several out buildings and many sculptural landscape features. Architecturally influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright the home incorporates many of his hallmark ''Usonian'' elements: a strong visual connection between indoor and outdoor, cantilevered overhangs which allow for passive heating and cooling, natural building materials of wood and stone and an open floor plan. Additional wing was added in 1967 featuring a bar room, lounge and large family room flex area. Being sold as-is; an amazing deal for a buyer who would like to continue the restoration of this architectural showpiece. NEW A/C, new dishwasher

RA
One-Family Medium-Density Residential Districts
The purpose of the RA district is to achieve the same character, stability, and sound residential environment as intended for the one-family rural residential district RR and one-family low density residential district RAA. The difference between RR, RAA, and RA districts is that a higher density of population will be permitted through the construction and occupancy of one-family dwelling structures on smaller lot areas with public sanitary sewer facilities. There is no intent to promote by these regulations a residential district of lower quality than in the RR district. This section applies to the RA district.
