R-1
Single Family Residential District
This zoning District is derived from the Medium Density Residential land use classification in the Brady Township Land Use Plan, and is intended for single family dwellings on medium or larger size lots which do not require urban services, such as municipal water or sewer facilities. This District is intended to allow for suburbanstyle single family development in certain outlying areas of the Township, including relatively larger size lots around Indian Lake, as well as other areas of the Township, such as near the Village of Vicksburg, where medium density residential development has occurred or appears desirable to occur. Nonresidential uses are therefore essentially excluded from this district, or severely restricted, to avoid disrupting the single family residential nature of the District
