Enjoy a one level townhouse WITH extra storage space in 2 sheds AND 2 walk-out decks with fencing around. Perfect for life with a pet. Rentals allowed as well. Ready for cosmetic changes to make it your own or rental. Sellers are selling “as-is” and will not do repairs but are priced to sell. Roof is new – seller is paying $4506 assessment. Newer hot water heater. Sellers say they believe the small raised 1 step in living room was added by previous sellers and could be removed for full 1 level living in the unit without a step. (They have not seen that step in other units.) Don’t miss all the storage space in shelves and above the garage, and also storage in crawl space. Main level laundry. Skylights were covered over when new roof was put on. (Not changed inside.) HOA Covers garbage, plowing, grass AND has money that goes into an escrow for future repairs each month as well.
*Taxable value of land and structures on it ("additions") is determined regularly by local assessors and does not affect market price.

As an alternative to conventional zoning and development approaches and processes, the Planned Unit Development District (PUD) procedures and regulations are set forth in order that the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare be furthered in an era of increasing urbanization; to encourage innovations in residential, commercial, and industrial development and renewal; to promote greater opportunities for better housing and recreation, shops and industrial plants conveniently located to each other may extend to all citizens and residents of Oakdale; to reflect changes in the technology of land development; to encourage a more creative approach in the utilization of land in order to accomplish a more efficient, aesthetically pleasing, and desirable development which may be characterized by special features of the geography, topography, size or shape of a particular property, and to provide a compatible and stable environment in harmony with that of the surrounding area. The Planned Unit Development District may include any developments having one or more principal uses or structures on a single parcel of ground or contiguous parcels provided that the total area is five acres or larger. The PUD shall consist of a harmonious selection of uses and grouping of buildings, parking areas, circulation and open spaces, and shall be designed as an integrated unit, in such manner as to constitute a safe, efficient, and convenient urban area. Rezoning to PUD is at the discretion of the City Council.
